Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across Australia. Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment and logistics partners. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
When is my order shipped?
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) are prepared the same business day; later or weekend orders are prepared on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 0–2 business days and transit takes 7–12 business days, for a total of 7–14 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of new, unused items in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I make a return?
Email support@nurawear.co with your order number and the reason. Once approved, we'll send instructions and the correct return address. Returns are made by post.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We don't charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

No. There is no minimum order value.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@nurawear.co. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

What materials are your shoes made from?
Depending on the style, our footwear uses suede-look, leather-look, canvas, knit and other quality materials, chosen for comfort and everyday wear.
Are your shoes suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Our styles pair clean lines with cushioned comfort, designed to carry you from morning to night.
How do I choose my size?
Our shoes are true to size. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. See our Terms of Service for details.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. The price on the product page is the final price, with no hidden fees.
