This Shipping Policy explains how and where NuraWear ships, how long delivery takes, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship

We ship across Australia. Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment and logistics partners to support efficient processing and delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) are typically prepared the same business day; orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated handling time is 0–2 business days and estimated transit time is 7–12 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can follow your order at any time using our Track Your Order page.

Taxes and duties

The price on the product page is the final price, with no hidden fees. All applicable taxes are included in the product price.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
