We want you to love your NuraWear footwear. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be new and unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at support@nurawear.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are made by post.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@nurawear.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a refund, and you will not need to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charges apply to your refund.
